We offer international shipping to most countries, including the USA, Europe, and beyond. Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method, with typical delivery taking 7-14 business days for the USA and Europe, and 10-20 business days for other international destinations. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.

 

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise checking with your local customs office for further details on potential charges. While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays due to customs or other logistical issues may occur, and we appreciate your patience in such cases. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vaa Africa Baskets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

In the case of damaged or defective items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product for verification. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
